This is a common misconception about NiceGoblins Collabs. All tattoos will be done by our trained professional tattooists working at NiceGoblins HQ (our tattoo studio). Our illustrators only submit artwork to us, but they will not be the ones tattooing the design.
Doing a tattoo safely and making sure it heals well usually requires an artist to go through a tattooing apprenticeship which can sometimes take years. This makes it quite difficult for illustrators who might just to see some of their drawings on other people, because it would have to mean that they take on a huge commitment (i.e. going through a tattooing apprenticeship). Every time we tattoo something drawn by one of our illustrators, we split a portion of the money with them. This way they can be supported financially for their work, get the opportunity to see their art on people, and we also get to tattoo in different art styles and meet new people. It's a win win for everyone.
